Schwinn Adventure Camps

After your morning of mountain biking with the Kid's Camps, you are invited to join us for a special afternoon. Our outstanding staff will take you on an adventure of a lifetime. Activities will include hiking on thursday's, indoor rock climbing on Wednesday's, and outdoor games on Thursday's. The Adventure Camps meet each day after the Kid's Camps from 11:30-2:30. Bring a sack lunch.
1 day per session $40

Alpine Bank Kid's Camps

These three day camps are for kids ages 7-13. Riders of all abilities will learn from a world class staff, the basics of mountain biking, safety, and bike maintenance while making new friends and enjoying the great outdoors. $120.00 per session includes instruction, a t-shirt, water bottle and prizes. Tues./Wed./Thurs. All sessions 9:30 - 11:30

Rock Shox Race Academy

This one week session is geared for riders ages 10-15. A world class staff will teach riders race strategies, training techniques, bike handling skills, sports nutrition, and bike maintenance, while exploring the best rides in the Vail Valley. $225 includes instruction, t-shirt, water bottle and prizes.

Dates: June 11-15 from 9:00-12:00

 

 

Ride and Write

This 3 hour workshop is designed for kids ages 7-13 who want to take an outrageous journey while getting ready for school to begin! Rider's/Writer's of all ability levels will work on the basic skills of mountain biking, followed by an incredible writing experience. This Rider's/Writer's workshop is taught by a certified teacher/professional mountain bike coach. $60 per session includes instruction, a portfolio. and water bottle. $60

***ADULT PROGRAMS***

 

Luna Women's Weekend

This two day camp is designed for women riders of all abilities. Our world class staff will lead you through morning rides with coaching. The afternoon includes sessions on bike handling skills, bike maintenance, and stretching for cycling. $200 includes instruction, a t-shirt, water bottle and snacks. Meals are not included.

Dates: July 7-8.

 


Briko Beginner's Workshops

This is a three hour workshop for adult beginning riders. Learn the basic skills of mountain biking on a flat grassy area, followed by a ride with coaching. $45.

Mia Stockdale
Co-owner of Vail Mountain Bike Camps. Mia raced on the professional mountain bike circuit for seven years. She finished her career with several top 10 finishes on the World Cup and National Circuit. Currently, she races on the regional level in mountain biking, running, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. Professionally, she is a personal trainer and coach, spin instructor, and ski instructor for Vail Associates.

Nancy Dinkin-Sandberg Co-owner of Vail Mountain Bike Camps. Nancy has over 17 years of experience in the health and fitness industry as a certified spin and aerobics instructor. She is a certified elementary school teacher with seven years of experience. She competes in the local mountain bike race series and in the Vail Ultra 100.
